Moreover, the feature allowing audio recording of sessions onto your device enables subsequent review in the course of treatment. While PE Coach is a valuable adjunct, it is not a standalone solution for PTSD; it is most effective when utilized in conjunction with ongoing PE therapy under professional guidance.
